Over the last 6 years Jason Slater has worked on award winning projects (Discovery Channel: Canada's Worst Handyman, Nokia: The Passenger, McDonald's HappyMeal: Fairies and Dragons) and for companies which allowed him to grow quickly in experience and skill (Fuel Industries, Teknision Inc.). His leadership skills and creative background have allowed him to lead on several R&D initiatives many of which were later incorporated into projects or developed into products themselves.
His strengths lie in his organization and his ability to bring ideas to fruition using current technologies in ways that draw users in. His background is in software development and has worked with clients to create engaging web sites, games, data visualizations, and applications (online, desktop and iPhone). He is proficient in the use of many current technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Flash, Action Script, Java, C, Objective-C.
